Privacy Policy

Solardeck stores account, workspace, client, proposal, billing, and email preference data needed to provide the service.

Authentication data is stored in Postgres. Payments are processed by Stripe. Transactional and lifecycle emails are sent through Resend when configured.

Users can unsubscribe from lifecycle and marketing emails. Account, security, and billing emails may still be sent when necessary to operate the service.

Signed-in users can delete their Solardeck account from the account screen. Deletion removes the user account, email preferences, and owned workspace data from Solardeck.

Privacy questions and data requests can be sent to the account owner or support contact listed for your Solardeck deployment.
